Website vs App

A website is like a brochure. It does not necessarily have login or custom thinking functionality.

It should be fast, mobile responsive and be tailored to non-technical and content creators/editors.

An app on the other hand does some computationally intensive task and has business logic embedded. An app replaces a lot of workflows that were done on paper that are still done today. Imagine from 100 years ago, where logs were kept on paper, now it is kept digitally.

A website is like the face and overall personality of you your business, an app is the internals.
